All California public schools with 21 or more English learners must for an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC).  The membership is composed of parents or guardians of English learners that is equal to the percentage of students who are EL in the overall student body, therefore, for LMEC all parents and guardians are welcome since the percentage will be met.
